By registering for and participating in any Hot Girl Collective event, activity, or retreat, you agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that by participating in activities such as (but not limited to): hiking, tubing, movement sessions, breathwork, emotional reflection, group discussion, or any physical/emotional practice—there is inherent risk involved.
I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, or emotional experience that may occur.

2. Emotional & Psychological Disclaimer

Hot Girl Collective experiences may include deep reflection, emotional processing, and personal development practices.
These are not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical treatment, or crisis support.
I acknowledge that any emotional discomfort, breakthroughs, or triggers are part of my personal journey and that I am responsible for seeking additional support if needed.

3. Liability Release

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Hot Girl Collective, Summer Vennewitz, all facilitators, collaborators, assistants, and any associated properties or venues from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injuries or damages (physical, emotional, or psychological) sustained before, during, or after the event.

4. Medical Responsibility

I confirm that I am in adequate physical and mental condition to participate in the planned activities.
I understand that no medical personnel will be present and that it is my responsibility to bring any necessary medications, inhalers, EpiPens, etc.

5. Media Release 

By attending, I consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes unless I notify the host in writing beforehand.

6. No Refunds Policy

I understand that all ticket purchases are final. If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my ticket to someone else with approval from the host.

7. Code of Conduct

This is a space built on mutual respect, safety, and inclusivity.
Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
